Triage tips

  • Triage first: Mark a request as Triaged once you've acknowledged it but not yet decided to convert.
  • Bulk actions: Select multiple cards then approve/reject/triage them all at once.
  • Public portal: Share a public link from Admin → Public portal so non-users can submit issues.
  • Filter by priority: Use the priority filter to focus on urgent items first.
