Preventive maintenance tips

  • Time-based: Pick daily/weekly/monthly to auto-create a work order on a fixed cadence.
  • Meter-based: Trigger PMs at runtime hours or every N units (e.g. every 500 cycles).
  • Generate now: Use Generate now on any schedule to immediately create a work order.
  • Attach a procedure: Link a procedure so technicians get the full checklist on the work order.
  • Compliance: See PM completion rate in Reports → PM compliance.
